  • 1 cup Cilantro goat milk

  • 3 cups leafy greens (such as spinach), lightly chopped

  • 1 apple, chopped

  • 1 avocado, pitted & peeled

  • 1 frozen banana, peeled & chopped

  • Honey or maple syrup to taste

  • 1/4 cup ice

Preparation

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth!
